Appendix: SF Express

Once you create an account for a country, you can't change your region later.

Hong Kong might be the best choice if you live in Guangdong, China.

timeline:

• Firstly, I searched for SF Express mentioned in Nintendo order shipping on the App Store (US region) on my iPhone and downloaded the only result app named “SF International”. After installing the app and registering with Gmail to create an account while keeping the selected country as the default US, I encountered a problem. Since there was no country named “Hong Kong” in the region list, I was unable to switch my location to Hong Kong. Initially, I guessed the reason was that the account wasn’t linked to a Hong Kong phone number. However, it still didn’t work after I did that.
• Secondly, I unlinked my Hong Kong phone number and selected Hong Kong as the region to create a new account. I still couldn’t find any results for my tracking number.
• Finally, I contacted SF Hong Kong on WeChat (WeChat ID: SF_Express-HK) and registered with my phone number to have an additional tracking channel. Fortunately, I got the waybill details on WeChat.
• Note: SF Hong Kong is only available on the App Store (Hong Kong / Macau region). SF International accounts registered with Hong Kong phone numbers only search for overseas shipments.
